Rash

I was diagnosed with Lupis. I am over 45. Now I have had a rash under the skin on my lower legs for several month. I had a kidney biopsy the other day. Now I have a rash on my back all around the biopsy sight. This rash is on top of the skin and pumpy. Can you suggest anything?
