Rash

I have had this rash or red itchy bumps on my right knee since early August. I also had these bumps on other parts of my calves and lower legs and a few on the back of my thighs. I have not brushed up against anything. I am very allergic, I have shots twice monthly for the allergies. The bumps I had on my lower legs and the back of my thighs have pretty much cleared up except leaving a whitish spot where the rash first was. The rash on my right knee has gotten worse and today I saw a few spot returning to the back of my right thigh, HELP
