Rashes on my body :(

Hi.

I'm a female here.

I recently found out that I have rashes on my upper body. From my neck to down to below of my breasts. The rashes looks like have puss inside, but I cant squeeze out.

Had fell sick recently during the past week, with running nose for almost a week. Had sexual intercourse for the first time about two months ago, but broke off with the relationship already. :(

I would like to know what are the causes of this rash? Is it due to HIV? And do HIV cause rash on skin?

Hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks.

Hey! Rashes can develop due to various factors such as an allergy (from materials like leather and metal), cosmetics, etc. They are often found to have seasonal effects, for example, many rashes tend to worsen in the sun, while some aggravate in the absence of sunlight, some others (like the one I had to live with for 2-3 years) are worst in moist climates.

What you need to do is to find out the cause, which can be best established under a  good medical supervision. Plus, one very important and (in your case, significant) factor is stress. Stress always hampers a steady recovery and on the top of it, it worsens the skin (and other) disorders due to hormonal changes that we can't really make out.

So, the first thing to do is try to pacify your mind, some positivity and stuff. You've got to start believing, and if you already do so, then you need to strengthen that. Also, do try to feel less sick about your patches. Because, the more you feel eerie of them , the more they make you feel sick, and the more they worsen. This is not a scientifically established fact, but I experienced a positive change in my condition, when I started to accept my body with the rashes instead of loathing at my own self.

On the whole, you've got to take a positive approach. This is the first step. Then with the help of a medical professional, try to find out the cause of the rashes and finally, go ahead with the prescribed tests and/or medication with an additional dosage of positivity, of course. Smile, you'll be OK :)
