5 months ago, a prostitute gave me an oral sex without any protection. Now I have red spot on my stomach, my neck, chest, face and scalp. some of them are painless and some of them are painful. There's no pus or not watery. just plain red spot. I have been sneezing and have runny nose and was diagnosed to have allergic rhinitis. I am scared that it could also be HIV. I always felt that I have fever but I don't have it. I have muscle pain, and feel so tired and weak.
Please tell me what is it.

If not that would be the first place I would start because he/she can do the tests that can definatively answer your questions and fears instead of speculating like we would be doing. Im sorry for your situation and hope you get help and feel better soon.
Since you are having cold and rhinitis, so this rash can be due to viral infection or hives. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the rashes. If the symptoms persist then topical or oral steroids may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case. Also then get the ELISA test for HIV done to rule it out.
