Rashon my eye lid... what is it? how do I get rid of it? PLEASE HELP!? D:

Alright, the title of the question is on my eye but I have it on other body parts as well. I have it on the inside of my arms oposite to the elbow, on the back of my neck and on my left anckle. Dr. said it looked like eggzema when it was just my arm and told me to put hydrocortisone cream on it, but that was a diagnosis she gather from a simple glanze as she walked out the door. Now it has spread to my anckle, neck and eye now. Do you guys think it is eggzema? and what can i do to cure my eyelid rash... its not like i can put hydrocortisone cream there or can I? Also, it i, just little bumps almost pimple like and they get red and bigger and watery if I scratch them. Please help!

It never hurts to get a second opinion tho! I was born with eczema I didnt know it could develope later on in life.

it sounds like eczema to me, I've had it my whole life. be careful what you put on your eyelid it would lead to a nasty staff infection. thats why you have to be careful if you do have eczema because scratching to much will open wounds and lead to infections. What I use for my eczema is a anti itching GEL instead of creams, they only make me break out in hives and my skin gets more annoyed. benadry (spell check) makes anit itch medicines. Winter is a bad time for skin because it gets so dry and itchy so drink lots of water and stay moisterized.
