Raw vagina soreness with bumps and thick discharge?

I am a virgin so I know I don't have an STD or STI but recently I masturbated several times in one day and afterwards I was sore. I figured it would go away but the pain became worse and worse over three days and I just discovered a little blood when I wiped and these very tiny little bumps around and inside the opening of my vagina that are super red and my whole vulva area feels completely raw and thick white discharge is covering it. I can't really see a doctor about it right now. It's really gross and painful so is there anyway to make the pain go away faster and stop getting worse?

This can be due to chafing skin. Chafing occurs when the skin becomes irritated by the friction caused by rubbing – either against other skin or against a foreign material. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin.Also wear cotton undergarments.Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful.If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.
