I guess I should start by giving you some backround on my case. I have sensitive and oily skin. I wash three times a day with ivory soap and I use Benzoyl Peroxide once.
    1. Would you say that washing with ivory is a good choice or do you suggest I switch soap?
    2. I read in one of your articles that you should wash with a benzoyl peroxide soap and apply the benzoyl peroxide gel about once or twice a day, but wouldnt that be too much for my skin to handle and wouldnt I peel?

Kevin:
Some doctors feel that Ivory, which is a true soap, is too harsh and recommend instead a detergent bar like Dove or Neutrogena.  My own feeling is that for most people, I vory is fine, and if you don't find it irritating (peeling, etc.), it's OK.
About 1 or 2 of every 100 people is actually allergic to benzoyl peroxide; they're the ones who peel and flake.  If you're not allergic (and you'd know it if you were), then washing twice a day wouldn't be too much.  You can try it and see.
Thanks for asking.
