Reaction to lotion

3 weeks ago my girlfirend and i used a sex lotion as lube.  a couple days later I noticed 2 red bumps on the shaft of my penis.  They had no pain or caused any discomfort.  The bumps were red rasied pimple with a whole in the middle and kind of a black center.  For a week I only had the two bumps, then a week later a couple more showed up each day.  In total there were 6 bumps almost in a line runing down my shaft.  thoughs bumps began to slowly shrink, and leave a black scab or black head not sure.  I took a shower ad removed the balck scab and it never reapeared.  On the thrid week, after the orginal ones began to start healing, one new one formed at the base on my penis.  This one i noticed was more filled with fluid, but again did not hurt.  The orginal ones know look like  a red somewhat rasied circle with a pin ***** size hole in the middle.  While the recent one has shrank with a black dot in the middle.  

Any idea's what this could be?  I have been with only my girlfriend for 2 years now, and she has had a std test before I met her and was all negative including herpes?  Should I be worried about an STD like herpes.

Please help I am so confused!
