Really Tiny Small pumps on penis

I have recently gotten alot of small pumps on my penis and now they are appearing on my head...I am really nervous and don't want to tell my mom i would really like to know what they are...You can barely see them...Does anyone have any idea what this can be and can it be treated..?..

They can be Fordyce spots or pearly penile papules. Fordyce spots are small, painless, raised, small spots or bumps that may appear on the shaft of the penis. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. Pearly penile papules are small dome-shaped to filiform skin-colored papules that typically are located on the sulcus or corona of the glans (glands) penis. Both are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.
