Really bad Penis/Scrotum eczema. HELP!?!

Ok. I am a 15 year old, and I have penis & scrotum eczema. It is a little embarassing to talk about it, but i need help. It all started when I was probably 12 or 13, it was only a small area of my scrotum that had eczema. Over the years, it has spread all over my scortum and recently it has spread throught my penis and the head of my penis. I am uncirumcised. Now it is starting to spread to where my thigh and scrotum meet. I really don't know what to do. I am too embarassed to tell my parents and dont know if i should see a doctor. I have tried putting lotion on everyday for almost 2 weeks now, but nothing. It sometimes itches and burns, when I am near cats it likke goes crazy. Help please? :(

This could be folliculitis, acne, pimples, fordyce spots, bacterial or fungal infection, dermatitis or genital warts.

Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions and a clinical examination.

Wear lose clothes, maintain good personal hygiene, apply calamine lotion at the sites of the lesions.
