I saw the images you posted. Differentials may include allergic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, an urticaria. These conditions are usually itchy. I just have a few questions:
Importantly, has this just occurred? and do you have history of allergies? If yes, I suggest you seek immediate consult since this may be an allergic reaction. The trigger has to be identified and the condition has to be managed ( antihistamine, close supervision).
Have you in anyway exposed yourself to extreme heat ,or dry dusty surroundings lately?
Any change in soaps, lotions , clothes , bed sheets?
Any intake of medications?
Were the little white bumps associated with food intake ?
Are they found in other parts of the body?
Consult a physician for proper assessment and discuss with him/her the use of antihistamines and corticosteroids to relieve the symptoms.
No change in anything...except my room gets dusty often. But I've been in my room for a long time. So really no change..
Itching comes and goes and it's just on my arms.
