Reccuring redness and herpes like patches

Alright .. so i have this problem
Im 18 years old and for the past 2 months or so ive been experiencing this condition on my penis head. It all started one morning at the end of august, when i notices that my penis head had these pinkish red blotches in random areas of the head (not raised) but this cleared up by the end of the day. I started noticing that my glans (glands) was looking wrinkly and felf more sensitive. As days past it didnt change much but i started noticing little tiny red dots that were under the the glands skin but they arent raised or anything, you can just see them. My glands eventually was covered in these red dots that didnt hurt at all, werent itch and pretty much had no discomfort exept for my confidence. See the weird part however is that some days it completely goes away and my penis looks normal, but it always seems to return.
It also seems like the skin on my glands is dry because it kinda looks shiny and wrinkly at times.
i must say that the redness is most focust on the top side of the head and usually when it gets really irrated or red it focuses in the top area but you can still see the tinny red dots on the sides of the head .
im thinking that this redness is just made up of millions of the tinny red dots becuase when it starts clearing up you can see how the tiny red dots start dissappearing. Im not sure if ths may be linked to the skin conditions but i rarly get this quick pain in my testicles. It only lasts a second but it can reccur sometimes for a bit than completly goes away. I know this is a very discriptive question but if anyone else has experienced this and can tell me when it goes away or what can help it that would be great. One last thing, when my penis is fully hard .. i mean fully hard .. my penis head looks really red and get irritated from masterbation (masturbation), you can also that these head is not smooth like it used to be 3 months ago ...... whhatttsss goingg onn ... cause my syptoms (symptoms) dont match all the stds ive red up on

Hi,

I am experiencing a similiar problem (visually diagnosed with herpes, but negative swab test - long story), so I am thinking it is herpes.  I am also getting very strange marks (lines) that appear and disappear in random places.  

Going to post a pic on a new thread soon to see if anyone recognises it!

mann dont even say that ... i hope its not an std ... cause nothing is raised and im pretty sure herpes doesnt work like that . bro .. this morning i had red patches all over and now it subsided to just some redness at the top .. iono what to do
do you have any  other symptoms ?

I keep getting an odd twitch of pain in the tip of my penis, as well as these strange 'marks' or 'grooves' on the penis glans (glands) that keep reappearing and disappearing in different places.

It is driving me nuts to put it mildly!

im not sure what you mean by marks but i have something simular .. im pretty sure its because the skin on the head of my penis is sensitive wrinkled and moist so what i think happens is when my forskin is covering my head it causes the skin to wrinkle on the head and after some time it leaves these wrinkle marks but as soon *** i pull back the skin and shake off my penis and get the blood flowing the wrinkles go away .. my major concern is the redness and texture change on the head . My penis used to look soo nice ,, what do you mean you were diagnosed visually with herpes .. i dont think it is man cause these symptoms are nothing like herpes ... but yeah .. i dont get thoses pains alot but i know what your talking about .. its like a sharp 1 second pain in the head .. sometimes there will be a series of them and then it goes away .. i only had that pain once; however i do get some dicomfort im my testicles time to time ..... you have any idea as to what this condition can be ... also .. do you have a red swollen pee whole from time to time

have all the same symptoms. do you also have occasional pain in the lower abdomen? alcohol definitely seems to aggravate my condition

i get small painful spots on my head and shaft almost every time i have sex with my girlfriend. im just curious as to what causes it, their not raised, and about 2 mm wide. they go away within 20 minutes after i wash off. what could it be?

hey bud getting the same symptoms milder though random red spots on penis for an hour or so, then there just gone, seem the come back if the area is rubbed so i dunno what it is and sometimes get a split second stinging pain on the left glan of my penis, any ideas as to what it is ?

I had the same problem for a while and think that I finally figured out that it is an allergic reaction to water based lubricant. It is only in the spot that I rub while jacking off. I tried everything, antifungals, vitamin e oil, everything you could think of. I sprayed some benadryl spray on it and overnight it went away (fyi it stings and and causes temp numbness). I switched to silicon based lube and haven't have a problem in a while. I hope this helps, I know how frustrating it can be.
