Rectum

Since a few months a small pee like growth was observed and even some small flesh growth on the exterior of rectum and I find the stool is not a regular on and is kind of constipation like, I have a lot of bloating problem even when I consume a few bites feels full. What could be the reason and is it alarming ? I have consulted a doctor for the bloating problem but did not mention the rectum condition as I was not knowing myself.Please advice.

From the description of your symptoms it sounds like external haemorrhoids. It is due to swelling and inflammation of veins in the rectum and anus. Increased straining during bowel movements, by constipation or diarrhea, may lead to hemorrhoids.
Symptoms of external hemorrhoids may include painful swelling or a hard lump around the anus which may itch. Treatment includes sclerotherapy, rubber band ligation, cryosurgery or Stapled Hemorrhoidectomy. Please consult a surgeon and get it evaluated.
