Recurrent Abscesses with no antibiotic relief! Help!

I am a 27 y.o female. About 10-12 years ago I started getting abscesses on my inner thigh and underarms. They hurt but I was always able to find the soft center and lance/drain myself. I was diagnosed with hidradentist suppurtiva at 22. Now I only get abscesses on my right butt cheek. I have had 9 drained in a doctors office/ER. I have tried 27 oral antibiotics, finding allergies to 6. I recently finished 1000mg/10 days of Clindomycin after having a third abscess drained in less than a week. 9 days after finishing the treatment that made me incredibly sick, I developed ANOTHER abscess on my right buttock that is causing pain in the hip, lower back and entire right leg. I can hardly walk, the pain is making me vomit, and I am at my wit's end!!!! Tomorrow PM I am going to the ER once again to have this one drained too. I can not deal with this pain almost every week, my insurance is pissed and I'm just exhausted(I can't sleep while I have these.) and the enlarged lymph node on my right hip is excruciatingly painful. Although I am getting retested to my knowledge I am HIV/AIDS negative as well as pretty much every other disease that affects the immune system. Anyone been here before? Is there an antibiotic that actually works??? I am willing to try anything to stop getting cut up. Help please!! :'(

Previously I used to get them under my arms and inner thighs. I had Shingles in April of 2010 and took Valtrex. I never had another abscess in those areas, and no where else until May of this year. I know it is rare, but what are the chances a virus is causing these and that is why they are not reacting to extreme antibiotics?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Boils are caused by infection of the hair follicle by staph aureus. . Hair follicles that are blocked by greasy creams, petroleum jelly, or similar products are more vulnerable to infection. Bacterial skin infections can be spread by shared cosmetics or washcloths, close human contact, or by contact with pus from a boil or carbuncle. Treatment includes antibiotics and incision and drainage and do not touch or pick them up.

Recurrent boils are found in diabetes, HIV infection, or other immune system disorders. So get your blood sugar evaluated.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
