Red Blotches

Hello,
As long as I can remember I have always had these rashes develop on my skin after doing exercise or after being in the sun. It never itches or really affects me at all, but it recently has been on my mind and I was wondering if there was any kind of name for it. Sometimes it appears out of nowhere when I'm doing dishes or just walking around. I always thought that it was nothing to worry about, but I just thought I should know what it is. The best way I can describe them are red spots ranging in size and very warm to the touch. Usually they appear on my legs and arms and on my neck and face. They are very noticeable when in public and I was wondering if there were any kind of exercises I could do to help diminish them. I consider myself a very healthy person and it may just be my skin's extreme congenital sensitivity when it comes to heat or metabolic reactions causing heat after exercise. Thank you so much for your help.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to urticaria or dermatographism. Urticaria is red, itchy, raised areas of skin that appear in varying shapes and sizes. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin. You can also apply calamine lotion on the rash. It will help in soothing the skin. A mild corticosteroid cream like dermacort will also help.
If the symptoms persist then please get an evaluation done form a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
