Red Blotches

Hi,
     I am pretty fair skinned so I burn easy. I normally take alright care of my skin. But 2 years ago I was put on Abilify and then 6 months later noticed I was getting these red blotches on my chest. They have since spread to my upper arms and the blotches on my chest are merging and now it is spreading to my lower arms. They do not itch, swell, or have any other symptom besides being ugly to look at. They appear slightly raised from the surrounding tissue but, not to much. They are bright red and at first look like sun burn or big freckles except red in color. I would go to a doctor, but cant really afford it. I have included a photo of my arm for consideration. If you can help let me know!
