Red Bumps on Face What is it!!

Red Bumps on Face What is it!!

Ok this started a couple of years ago here's the story. I never had pimples in my teen years then when I turned 19 I have a severe rash on my face that I'm sure was an allergic reaction to a shampoo I use (Garnier Fructis was the shampoo). Well got that taken care of and it went away for awhile. I also stopped using the shampoo of course. I went to the dermatologist and she gave me a steroidal cream elidel which seemed to help but if I didn't use it one day I would have a flare up. Now I've quit using the elidel cream totally have for a year or so and was doing good. Now out of nowhere It has fared up again I havent changed anything in my daily routine so I don't know what's causing it or what it is for that fact because I don't think this is an allergic reaction thing anymore. They start out as a bump non-reddened then as times goes on they becom red but never get any pus for instance like a pimple. They come in patches instead of being spontaneous thru out my face like pimples. I have tried to pop one before being curious and only clear fluid comes out. It has spread from my chin to my cheeks and now my forehead. I'm starting to get aggarvated with it. This episode has been going on for about 2 months now. Any ideas of what it is??? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
