Red Bumps on Skin

I am 13 years old and i started to get these red and sometimes itchy bumbs on my legs, arms and some on my face. It is really Embarrassing and i do not no what to do, if you can tell me what to buy to make it go away that would be great thanks.

You may have allergic dermatitis. Use gentle products in the bath and shower like Oiltum. Eucerin make a full range of products for allergic and sensitive skin including face wipes, cleanser, moisturiser and shampoo.
You also need to see your doctor for a definate diagnosis. He may do some tests to find out what is causing this rash. He may also give you some prescription medicine such as anti-histamines or hydrocortisone cream.
