Red Bumps on soles of feet

I have had red bumps on the soles of my feet for about 6 months. They don't seem to be getting any better or worse. I wanted to know if there was anything I could do over the counter for them. There is no itching, swelling or pain associated with them. Thanks

Hi,
Are the shoes that you using currently comfortable? Have you changed your shoes in the last 6 months? Do you have a standing job? Well it is difficult to comment on the lesions without having a look at them. Consult your physician and get a clinical examination done.
