Red Cheeks PLEASE HELP

Red Cheeks PLEASE HELP

Hi. Im a 16 girl and I've had red cheeks since I was young. Having very pale skin, this is obviously a huge contrast and makes it stand out. At the very best of times, they are pink but often get redder during the day, especially after excersize at which they are bright bright red which is humiliating. I also blush very easily, even when im not embarrassed. But this in turn makes me embarrassed so i blush even more.
Im not sure what I have is rosacea. I rarely get any spots and have never suffered from acne. My face is sort of smooth, but slightly bumpy. My cheeks are generally warm.
Does any one know what this is or what i can do to take the redness away. It is humiliating and makes me uncomfortable.
Thanks

Hello,
From your symptoms rosacea needs to be ruled out. Rosacea is a cutaneous disorder primarily of the central part of the face , such as forehead; cheeks ;nose; and chin. It is a medical condition presenting with redness, swelling, discoloration and sometimes pimples and dry skin over the cheeks, nose, chin or forehead.

Avoid the sun and hot weather, spicy foods, alcohol, and hot beverages. Also try to reduce stress as it may precipitate attacks.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
