My 11 month old has two red circles on her cheeks - right next to her mouth. Someone told me it could be from eating something cold, like a popcicle. Has anyone heard about this and is there anything I should do?

I don't think it's ringworm. Aside from being red, the skin is perfect. Thanks - any other suggestions are welcome!
