Red Dots/Rash on penis head confusing me

I am 16 years old and about two months ago i had unprotected sex with a girl i knew quite well, and quite sure she didnt have anything. the day after i noticed little red dots/rash like things on the head of my penis. these did not hurt at all, did not itch, did not burn when i urinated, no discharge, no discomfort except for my confidence. after about three days of getting them they were completely gone. a couple days ago i had unprotected sex with my ex girlfriend ( a different woman than before) and got the same red dots/rash. in the time period where i didnt have sex they did not come up at all and my penis was fine. masterbation did not irritate my penis, it was normal, only when i had sex. why im so confused is that my ex girlfriend is now experiencing a little pain and itchyness, also some discharge as she has told me. she also said the sex hurt. the red dots on my head are almost gone. is this something serious?

Hello,
Most likely your girlfriend is having fungal infection or candidiasis. But the possibility of sexually transmitted diseases like Chlamydia also cannot be ignored. Ask her to get a swab culture of the discharge done from a gynecologist and in future, you are advised to practice safe sex.

I hope it helps. Take care and God bless.

Thank you very much for your help. they are all gone now and i will get some calamine lotion, where is it possible to get some of that?

my last concern is my ex girlfriend, why is she in pain? she said it itches and burns and has some creamy discharge, is it possible she happened to get a fungal infection or yeast infection?

thank you again.

Hello,
Since the red dots appeared after intercourse and did not burn or itch, so it is most likely due to irritation of the skin due to friction rub during intercourse. Nothing is to be done except wearing cotton clothes, keeping the area clean and applying some calamine lotion.

If the red bumps itchy, hurt, grown or have some discharge then the possibility of fungal infection has to be ruled out. For that you need to consult a dermatologist.

I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing. Kind regards.
