Red Dots on penis

I had unprotected sex w/ my girl girl friend 3 days ago and that was the first time we had sex in about 2 yrs.  We have been together for almost 4 yrs.  I didnt notice anything on my penis until now after i masterbated.  I have very tiny red dots scatterd on the head of my penis, it doesnt itch or burn.  They are very tiny red bumps, not all of them are bumpy though.

They're probably blocked pores from friction.  Just leave them alone and they're likely to go away.  If they're still there in two weeks despite your leaving them alone, you might consider showing them to a doctor.  But they're probably nothing important.
