Red Itchy Rash - Clear Sticky Puss

My question is, what could this be?

I had a red rash initially on my lower ankle, near my Achilles tendon. Now, it has spread over a good deal of my body, I'm not completely covered but ever 3-10cms is a red bump. It's not bright red but slightly red and looks swollen. If it gets to be the size of a pimple, it looks clear unlike how a whitehead looks. When I put them, scrape them off and tear them off with tweezers or nail clippers, a clear, sticky puss seems to seep out. It's really weird and I've never seen anything like it before aside from about a year ago during the summer I had the same thing happen but only on my feet for about a month and then my body broke out for about a month at which point it disappeared. Now it's back. I was in the military and none of the 4 different doctors I had could figure it out. HELP! Thank you so much for your time!

I'm not a health expert, but it could be an allergy. When I was in high school, I was allergic to our laundry detergent, but it took a month to figure it out. I had a rash over my whole body. Dermatitis can cause blistering. Change your soap or lotion to see if that is doing it.
