Red Lumps on Nose, Refuses to go away

Hi, i'm a 14 year old teenager and i have had three small lumps on my nose.  They are small, about the size of this letter here ( " O " ).  At first, i thought they were zits and I popped them.  Since puss came out and a bit of acne too, i assumed it would dissappear after a while.  The odd thing is, i left it for 3-4 weeks, and it is still there.  Now, it is very lightly elevated.  From a meter away, it looks like i have a red nose, but when closely observed, it is slightly visible that there are three red lumps.  I really want it to go away, but it simply refuses to.

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be folliculitis,blocked sebaceous glands or acne.

Cleanse the area thoroughly and apply a good mild exfoliating scrub on that.Pat the skin dry and do not rub it vigorously. You may try calamine lotion on the rash. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics.You can also use an antibiotic cream like Neosporin or a mild steroid cream like dermacort on the rash. If the bumps are itchy,you  can take some antihistaminic like benadryl or Claritin.Also pls avoid scratching the bumps as it may get infected.

If the bumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
