Red Patch/Spot on my nose for over a year

Hello, Im a 24 year old male. I have good clear skin. A few years ago I had a spot on the tip of my nose and ever since i have had this red patch/spot. Theres no head and the redness seems intermittent (its more noticeable sometimes than other times). Although I appreciate it could be worse, it really does get me down.
The patch has a line through it that looks like a scratch. I've been to see a derm and he said it could be a blood vessell, subsequently I had has three IPL sessions and one Yag session. It does seem slightly better but I only had the YAG two weeks ago and this blistered.

Please see the pictures and let me know what you feel this could be and how I could treat it. Its been a year and 6months and it thoroughly annoys me and makes me feel very self conscious about it.

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be fibrous papule of the nose, trichoepithioloma or actinic keratosis. Since it has been present for a long time without any change, so these possibilities need to be evaluated for which I suggest you to consult a dermatologist.
