Red Pin dots and blotches on feet

It started with red clusters of dots, not bumping or itchy. It starts red and fades to light brown color. Started on ankle and now is progressing on the top of the foot and running up the back of the leg. Small dots are now becoming patches almost looking like blood spots. what might this be and should i be concerned? There are not other illnesses or symptoms.
I'm not sure if its related to this but I did start to get ance on my back around the same time period. Also this all started when i began a new career as an Over the Road Truck Driver. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

For such symptoms, stasis dermatitis and vascular eczema need to be ruled out. Stasis dermatitis effects the lower limbs mostly. It is mostly from vascular problems in the lower limbs. I would suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist and get the diagnosis confirmed.
