Red Rash On My Testis???

Hey, ive got a red rash on my testis with a couple of bumps aswell on my penis shaft and on my testis i think i might have an sti but i only performed oral sex on my girlfriend last night is it possible these things could show up this fast? whats wrong with me?

If bumps are like shinny itchy blisters on a reddish skin, it may be Herpes virus. If it looks like pimples with white centers, than it can be folliculitis (slight staphylococcal infection of hair follicles).

In both cases rash should resolve on its own within a week.
