Red Rash on Penis

I've had this rash for quite a few years now I went to the Dermatologist recently he prescribed me 1 % Clindamycin Lotion Lotion that hasn't done anything for it.. he told me it is a minor fungal rash.. I've tried everything Jock Itch Food Powder.. Clotrimazole Cream.. I've tried home remedies Aloe and a few others.. nothing it getting it to go away. The Doctor also told me I may have minor psoriasis but I researched the rash and it doesn't look anything like it. I don't think I was diagnosed properly I think the Doctor went on an assumption more or less to give me a cream that doesn't work. He said it's not an STD at all I don't see any reason why it would be.. Any feedback from A Doctor would be appreciated thank you.

The forum no longer has experts that answer questions, but if the solutions that you got are not working and you feel you were not diagnosed correctly, I'd encourage you to locate another doctor and get seen again.  With rashes of any type, it's best that the doctor see them in person in order to best diagnosis the issue.
