Red Scalp Bumps

by Marky_Mark88, Oct 12, 2007 01:28PM
Hello, I have just come from the Doctor and I am still without answers.  I have redish skin bumps on my scalp that typically are present for 5-10 days.  These bumps are not acne ( no puss), but when touched with a fingernail i feel like i'm touching raw flesh. I am curious if a micro-bug could be the problem.  I have felt like bedbugs or something are biteing me at night but there is nothing visible.  So I believe there is some sort of Micro-bug eating my skin and my scalp, possibly causing the red bumps, maybe entering my body through my scalp and the could be the reason for the red bumps.  I have heard all sorts of medical stories about parasites and microbug living inside people so i'm beginning to be really worried.  Is there any info you could give me about similar cases or maybe even a diagnosis?   Thank you very much for reading this.

It is possible that you might have bed bugs in your house. I know this might sound  stupid, but wash every linen in your room where you sleep and then get you a magnifing glass and look at your matress of bed if you see things crawling then its bed bugs. If you spot them in your bed you must throw the mattress out including pillows too. There is a spray you can by but don't work have had a neighbor do that and he had to finaly threw mattress out.
