Red Scalp bumps

I'm not sure when this started to happen I know at the begining of this year at the top right side of my forehead only in my hair i started getting sometimes dry red i dont want to say bumps more like circle rashes but there not bleeding like they used to just a few spots as far as i can tell & my hair is very thick ive always had alot of hair come out but not balding spots or anything jus always has in still is thick but for some reason it hasnt been a long time since this started happening but every time wash my hair tons of hair comes out way more than ever i remember at first i thought it could just be stress but its still doing it like i'll ring my hair out with my hand and i'll have almost a clump of hair in my hand the whole time im washing it & after i dry it more comes out but no thinning or bald spots ive noticed after i had my hair cut up to my ears for the first time in may cause my hairs been really long forever its hard to grow back fast like it usually does but it is growing back i noticed after i'd dry my hair & bush it out even just bushing it out i could tell its thinner than it ever been it didnt look normal but it looks healthy now still alot of hair coming out though & the red rash looking places dont itch or anything
