Red Sore Corner of mouth

I have HPV but only ever had one break out on anus and since then which was 2 years ago i have been ok. But i have this reddish sore (but there is no pain) on the corner of my mouth, just between the top and bottom lip. I have looked closely and i can not see any warts there is one or two little bumps but they are tiny they cant be warts?

On my top lip cover the whole top lip is what appears to be fordyce spots but a few different dermatologists ive been to could not confirms this but said they were definitely not warts.

But the only thing i care about is the redness, its very debilitating and its depressing me, it looks liek a constant cold sore and its been there for nearly 2 years now, im a guy and i have to use some from of make up in that area to cover it up because who has a cold sore for more than 2 weeks let along 2 years, i dont want people to start thinking anything... i have got blood tests done but they came back all clear, i mean if i looked for something more specific it might help but my doctors are not helping me, in fact they just fob this off like im over exaggerating and its killing me.

Can someone please advise me

If the sore has been present for 2 years then it can be due to a small infected hair follicle or a cyst. They may occur anywhere on body but scalp, ears, back, face, and upper arm, are common sites for sebaceous cysts. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.

Generally no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected,Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.
