Red Sores On Inner Thigh

I have a red sore on the inner portion of my thigh near my testicles.  I believe it to have something to do with an infected hair follicle or an STD.  The bump has gotten bigger and bigger until its about dime sized and it feels as if there is something under my skin.  Not like moving, but just there, like its a lump.  And whenever I feel and squeeze at the sore/bump a very small amount of clear fluid escapes and it kind of hurts too.  There also seems to be a head and around it the skin is peeling just a little bit.  Should I be worried that this is an STD or is it just something common??? Please help!!

Are there other symptoms present?  This could be an infected hair follicle, a boil or intertrigo. An intertrigo is an inflammation or rash of the body folds. It usually develops from the chafing of warm, moist skin in the areas of the inner thighs and genitalia.It  appears red and raw-looking, and may also itch, ooze, and be sore. This can also refer to a bacterial, fungal, or viral infection that has developed at the site of broken skin due to such inflammation.  Keep the  area clean and dry. And try to avoid scratching or manipulating the area to prevent secondary infection. Have this evaluated further for proper management. Treatment will depend on the underlying cause.

I stated all the symptoms above. But as you mentioned, it sometimes does itch. I won't mess with it anymore, thank you for the advice.
