Red Sores on body (Especially Penis)

Ok, I have problem. Here it goes, started out with an itchy bump on my leg, I scratched the hell out of it because it felt so good. Then I got another bump not to far from it, soon my legs, feet especially shins and knees developed a ravenous itch that I could scratch for hours, but don't because I am aware that it can in no way improve my condition. Well I do scratch a fair amount though. About this time I notice a red blotchy mark on the tip of my penis near the urethra. Didn't really bother me like itch or burn wise so I got a little freaked out, showed it to a friend and refuse to engage in sexual intercourse from this time forward. So I continue to have these insane scratching spree where I just scratch the hell out of my legs, and now my thighs, butt, and back. I start to develop these bumps all over now. One right above my arm pit, another in the fold of my thigh near my groin, and another along the inside crease of my elbow, all feel so absolutely amazing to scratch I know it must be wickedly bad. My **** has been itching a lot at this point and I don't inspect until near the end of the day(This being about 5 days ago) and am shocked and terrified to find a rather large sore where I had been itching throughout the day on my penis where the foreskin would be if I wasn't circumcised, near this sore is smaller anomaly that doesn't resemble a sore so much as small cut or nick in the skin, also itches. As time progresses the sores do not go away, the infernal itch they produce is screaming for me to scratch them right now! I try not to, but I am only human, I mean, these sores on my **** are causing me more anguish than all the other sores combined! Now the first sore I mentioned (the rather large one) is swollen to the point it causes my penis to mushroom out on that side, it is VERY noticeable, not something I could hide from somebody who planned on preforming fellatio. Now I have noticed a large number of small red spots around my buttocks, groin area, pelvis, upper thighs and knees. There are several abrasions around my feet and ankles where I have been scratching and I don't know if I just scratched so much I broke the skin or if this stuff is spreading. *NOTE* I just discovered another 2 sores on one of my thighs, not actively itchy, but when scratched feels very satisfying and then itches a little for a minute after I stop scratching.

Ok I hope you are keeping up with me because now this is about to get very interesting unfortunately for me :(

Now the very first sore I received on the shin I broke the scab/crust like tip on the surface and caused a small amount of bleeding whilst scratching vigorously and carelessly through my slacks YESTERDAY, and it is important to note that I have refrained from scratching that particular sore since then. Upon inspection roughly 24 hours later I notice that no scab has formed over the abrasion. This raised the idea that perhaps the original sore on my shin may have been a STAFF infection, as it spread to another sore just like about an inch or so away. I have had a STAFF infection before and am familiar with the appearance and does fit the bill, however I remain skeptical the bumps very in appearance in different places on my body yet all share the common trait of this unholy itch who's thirst for a good scratching can not be quenched. I had a tube of triple anti-biotic ointment I was applying to the first sore but managed to lose it and cannot find the exact same product to replace it. Now this has escalated into a rather worrisome state and is causing me a great deal of stress and really ruining my life, I am unable to enjoying and just want to scrape my nails across the inflamed flesh of my poor poor penis head. OH MY LORD JESUS, I just went to pee and discovered ANOTHER 2 RED SORES APPEARING ON MY PENIS!!! I CAN'T TAKE ANOTHER 2 OF THESE I WOULD RATHER DIE!!!!!!
I have read pretty much every post even remotely related to my condition on this site before finally registering an account to post this, from what I have gathered it is probably associated with one of the following conditions:

I just want to say this very clearly as it lends credence to my theory of STAFF being involved:

I am an intravenous drug user, once again, I am an IV Drug user, or, a junkie if you will... I hope this will not influence you value of me or my health as a person. I want to quit but am in not in the condition, position, or of the volition to experience 21 days of withdrawals from which I certainly would suffer from these ailments to an unimaginably greater extent, seeing even under the influence of one of the most powerful painkilling opiates known to man, I am still suffering a great deal from these penis & shin sores. Please don't judge me I only divulged this information so that anybody willing to help me (And God knows I need it) will be able to make the most accurate diagnosis possible.  


  1. Allergic Reaction - Can't imagine to what!
  2. Scabies - I am not familiar with this condition but as I understand it little bugs play dig-dug in penis, I for some reason am hesitant to accept this as a solution at this point.
  3. eczema - Sounds like it could be it, but when I looked over the pictures in Google Images it doesn't look the same, still could be.
  4. folliculitis and cysts - yea, it is definitely not this stuff
  

  Although I have noticed that none of the people with similar symptoms even had this mentioned to them as a possibility of being the culprit, however I think in my specific case it would be very foolish to rule it out.

  5. STAFF Infection -  I was thinking perhaps I have 2 different conditions, and the sores on my legs and shins are no the same as what I have on my penis, nothing on my body itches as bad as my penis, the penis bumps and the Shin sores don't look the same right now either, but the bumps on my arm pit and inside of my elbow do look similar, so perhaps I have STAFF on my shin, and some other skin condition everywhere else (Although this ALL started with my shin) Or perhaps I have a skin condition and a STAFF infection that is complicating the symptoms and exponentially increasing both the irritation and seriousness/danger of this infection/condition or condition(s)
  Remember I am an intravenous drug user. :(

With that I will leave to you all, I sincerely hope somebody is able to help me, quality of life is so poor since these sores came into my world that I would rather not even exist than live like this(However I am in know danger of considering self-termination, I will stick it out for as long as my miserable body can last)

P.S. I have a web-cam and could add photos but I do not know if it that would be appropriate considering my penis is the location of the sores, I wouldn't want to get banned from the forum or have this post removed, I spent several hours typing this. However, I will look into the subject and if it turns out I can post the images I will update this thread with them. Otherwise send me a private message and I can e-mail some photos of the shin sores(I suspect to be STAFF) and the penis sores(I have no clue what this ungodly stuff is.)
