Red Spot On Penis

Hello about a month ago i noticed a red spot on the head of my penis.  Its not ulcurated and is not raised and not itchy.  If you feel it its sort of like dry skin but red and not in a pattern.  I had 2 spots of them just on the head and then they dissapeared.  Now there back 4 weeks later in the same spot.  I havent had sexual contact in well over a year, and cannot figure out what it is.  Thanks for your help!

Probably mild eczema.  Try over-the-counter 1% hydrocortisone twice a day for two weeks.  Don't touch, rub, or pick at the spot.  If it still looks funny to you at that point, show it to a doctor.  This does not sound serious.
