Red Spot that wont go

i have a red spot on the centre or my forehead and it has been there for a few months now, could anyone please tell if this will go and when because at the minute there looks like no hope of it dissapearing?

This red patch can be due to contact dermatitis, seborrehic dermatitis, eczema or psoriasis patch. Psoriasis is a long-term (chronic) skin problem that causes skin cells to grow too quickly, resulting in thick, white, silvery, or red patches of skin. It is thought that psoriasis occurs when the immune system overreacts, causing inflammation and flaking of skin.
