I shaved my entire pubic region for the first time about a week ago, and in the last week I've gone through hell and come out the other side. It's time to seek help. Within the first 24 hours I experienced an itchy sensation unlike anything I thought was possible. Red zit like growths started popping up EVERYWHERE in the shaved area. I figured this would die down if I just stuck with it, plus the itching sensation only gets worse If don't shave, so I've shaved once a day since. I thoroughly wash and mosturize the area 3 times a day, and still the problem has remained, maybe even worsened. I nearly vommit just looking at my penis these days... well, actually, the penis and sac are fine, other than some very minor irritation at the base of the shaft, but the surrounding area is the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. The red spots are EVERYWHERE! No matter how delicately I shave, a few of them burst into bleeding every day... And if I don't shave, I'm afraid I'll itch myself to death! HELP! FAST! PLEASE!
A related discussion,
my first time was started.

Hello,
My girl friend shaved her pubic hair just above her clitorus (vagina) and after she shaved it, the very next day it turned all red and it started to itch. I believe its a rash from an iritation of the skin. Since she didn't put any lotion or powder after she shaved that might be it. She did cleanse the area where she shaved. It has been a week now and its all red, itches, and whenever she touches it it really hurts for her. I told her to moisturize it with lotion and put some cortizone creme on it to make the rash go away. I was wondering what else can I do to help her cure this rash. She was also using a sharp razor. Thank you and thanx for reading my Post.

The spots sound like inflamed follicles secondary to shaving. The inner thigh spot is probably just folliculitis.
I advise you to leave the area alone. If the red marks don't go away on their own in a week or two, you can ask a doctor to have a look.
As for clearing it up, time will take care of that. Best to just leave it alone, I think.
Take care.
