Red Spots on my skn

I am very curious about red spots I have on my skin and I hope that they are not related to anything serious. I have a  tiny spot that is red and it looks like raised blood (similar to a hicky) and I have one on my chest and on my thigh. I just need to know what this could possible be, and if I should be worried.

From the symptoms it looks like cherry angioma. Cherry angiomas are made up of clusters of tiny capillaries at the surface of the skin, forming a small round dome ("papule"), which may be flat topped.

When they first develop, they may be only a tenth of a millimeter in diameter and almost flat, appearing as small red dots. Please don’t worry as they are harmless. They have to be got removed from a dermatologist as you cannot remove them at home and will bleed profusely with messing up.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
