by spasticgorilla, May 22, 2008 05:22AM
I have had tiny red/white lumps at the very tp of my foreskin for a long time now.. they do not cause any pain, swelling, irritation and have not grown larger spread or gone away and came back... what could these be?

Hi,

This could be due to acne/pimples/ or infection of the hair follicles called folliculitis or some bacterial infection/ fungal infection or some skin nodules / genital warts etc.

Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.

It would be best to reconsult your doctor about your symptoms if they do not resolve and get a proper clinical examination.

Keep the area clean and wear clothes washed in a few drops of chlorhexidine preferably and dried in the sun.

You could take oral antihistamine or antiallergic medications for the itching. Apply calamine lotion at the sites. Wear lose comfortable clothes. Maintain good personal hygiene.

Let us know about what your doctor advises.

Regards.
