Red blotches

Red blotches

I know that this has been a kind of common question asked around the internet, but after I take a shower I notice I have a big patch of red blotches on my chest and thighs. I know that some people say it sounds like eczema, but it doesn't have any similarities to it aside from the aesthetic. They don't itch and they disappear usually after 10-15 minutes out of the shower. I'm not sure if I get them during sweating, but I don't think so, since I would have noticed it by now I would think. Lotion doesn't really do anything to get rid of it either, so I was just wondering if anyone has any clues as to what might be the cause of this or if there is any reason to fret. Thanks.
