Red bubble like spots in pubic region

[help needed!!]

hi.. im a 23 year old male, live a pretty health life... have recently developed some Bubble like spots in the pubic region.. not on the penis or anything.. jus the pubic area. thought it was normal but then there were 2 or 3 more. they dont itch all that much, but to see more of those doesnt feel right.
help appreciated..

Since you say "bubble" shaped it brought Molluscum to mind. They can have a whitehead and look like pimples- kind of pearly looking and almost too round - if it is Molluscum Contagiosum then dont get any of the internet "miracle" cures - I advise destroying the lesions yourself - a dermatologist can explain the "needle and squeeze" technique

does it have a hair in the middle of it or rupture and expose a hair? Maybe an ingrown hair. Once they rupture or you pop it, you can pull out the hair with tweezers and it will get better.
