Red bump/ rash on temple! Helpppp

Hey guys! I need help and I really don't know what to do. I went to the Dominican Republic and when I came back I had a bump on my temple, it seemed like a pimple. Then a whole started appearing in the center of the bump. The whole is flesh colored( white fresh skin) and it was a little droopy and wet. Few days later it got a scab and I removed it. Now it's red and 3 small rash like bumps have come up on the top part of my temple aswell. They seem to have water in them. I've googled everything and can't find anything! Please helppppp
