Red bump on penis head

Red bump on penis head

About 9 days ago i received oral sex twice in about a half an hour, from someone who i often receive it from. About three days later i noticed this little bump on the head of my penis, there seemed to be a little white head that fell off. The next day i noticed the bump was still there, its about as wide as the space between these lines |    |    its reddish and slightly raised. About 3 days after i noticed it i went to the free STD clinic, the doctor there said he wasnt sure what it was, he said it could be herpes or another STD or it can be simply irritation, he took blood and scraped the spot to get a sample, because it was dy, i also received an HIV test which came back negative.

The spot never hurt or itched, and there was never any discharge, i had no other symptoms at all. And now its been about a week since i noticed it, it seems to look like a scab now and its still a little red, i imagine that is from when he scraped it with the razor blade.

Yesterday i went to my regular doctor who said it probably was'nt herpes because herpes usually is painful and itchy, he also said it probably wasnt gonorrhea becasue there was no dishcarge, he said it could be syphilis, but i have been doing research on all these STD's and what i have does not seem to match any of the pictures i saw, my symptoms though do seem like they may be syphilis. I was wondering what you thought was, and i know its hard when you arent able to see it, but i figure i can use all the advice i can get. Thank you very much

The best I can say is that this sounds like irritation, not herpes or an STD.  Of course, someone who saw you at an STD clinic said it might be herpes, so I can't discount that.  On the other hand, if it's still there 9 days later, that argues against herpes, since ordinarily herpes would have dried up by now.  Basically, you're going to need to sort this out with a doctor in person.  I advise seeing the STD specialist again. But my overall impression is that this is not sexually-transmitted.

Best.
