Red bumps on back and neck

Almost 3 weeks ago I started to have hard red bumps on my neck and back, feeling itchy in my hands. After few days I had new bumps on my face, my tummy and my left arm. In the last few days they got much worse on my neck and back but basically disappeared from the rest on my body. When they first appeared at the beginning where like small mosquitos bites but now some of them are flat, other ones look like imploded and the have a white hole in the middle and they look much bigger. No liquid or anything else came out. My hand still feel itchy and sometimes other parts of my body too. Been to the doctor, he told me is a food allergy...but it s been close to 3 weeks now and these don't go away.....any other idea? Thanks!

Did they have any ideas on what food caused the allergic reaction?  I'd definitely go back and let them know you are still seeing it!

I m going to get tested next week but it looks like it is fish, every time I had in the last few week I had more bumps....I had sushi, seabass and white fish.
