Red bumps on my body

Red bumps on my body

I am a 20 year old male and the bumps started showing up about 5 days ago. The first one was on my stomach and i didnt know what it was at the time so i itched it and it got huge. It looked like it could have been a bug bite or something like that. Every day after that first one, i have gotten more bumps on my body. one on my calf, about 3 appeared on my left butt cheeck, 1 on my inner left thigh, 1 on my inner right thigh, and 3 on my right wrist. Every day i feel the itchyness start in another area, although I do not itch, the next day another bump appears in that spot. A few of the bumps have started to go away, although a few more have still appeared. I try my best not to itch them, and dont usually.
Along with all the bumps on my body, i also have a bunch of small red bumps that appeared all over my pelvic area. Including one that started to grow on my shaft.
I have been suffering from what I had believed to be "jock itch" also, and a few days before the bumps started i had a few very small tears in between my thigh and groin which seemed to have been caused by my skin thinning out there. The tears feel as if they are trying to heal themselves but it is too moist all the time around the area, and there seems to be some kind of moisture coming out of the tears. It is not bleeding, but there is some kind of moisture that seems to be coming from the tears.
I have been looking around on line for a day or so to see what it could be. I have recently changed the soap i used, so it could be that. But i am worried because i never had the "jock itch" looked at by a physician so it could have been something more serious that I didnt know. I am also worried that it might be a STD seeing as I just had intercourse about 2 weeks ago, but I did wear a condom. I thought the bumps might be chicken pox seeing as i have never had them. But aside from having a stuffy nose and a mucus build up in the morning, I haven't felt sick at all. I usually have those symptoms every year around this time just due to the weather anyway. The tears and bumps around my groin are what is really worrying me. Although I am not sure if this is all related to the same thing.
Thank you to anyone that will answer

Hello,
These itchy bumps can be due to pityriasis rosea as chicken pox bumps are basically pus filled vesicles. The thigh rash can be due to intertrigo. An intertrigo usually appears red and raw-looking, and may also itch, ooze, and be sore.

Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical zinc oxide cream like Sudocrem, Desitin are very helpful(apply with a paper towel and not directly with hands).Application of mild steroid cream like dermacort also helps. For the itching please take some over the counter antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin. In case the symptoms persist then antifungals may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
