Red bumps on my face D:

So about a week ago I got this red bump right above my lip and below my nose. It's kind of sore, and feels hard.
Then I just noticed a second one below my lip, on my chin. I don't know anything that could have caused it or what it is. It isn't ichy, so I don't think it's a bug bite, but it's not like a zit at all, either.

Hi,

Perioral dermatitis is a common facial skin problem in adult women wherein groups of itchy or tender small red papules appear most often around the mouth, chin, cheeks or nose. The surrounding skin may be pink, and the skin surface often becomes dry and flaky.  The exact cause is not understood but this could be induced by: face creams, moisturisers, cream cleansers, make-up foundation and sunscreens  as well as topical steroid creams or ointments.

Are there other signs or symptoms present? If it persists, it would be best to have it evaluated by your doctor. Wash the face with warm water alone and keep the area clean and dry. A course of oral antibiotics for six to twelve weeks may be prescribed. Perioral dermatitis may recur when the antibiotics are discontinued, or at a later date. However, the same treatment can be used again.

Take care and keep us posted.
