Red bumps on penis

About 4 weeks ago I noticed that I had 2 or 3 red pimple like bumps on my penis after having unprotected sex with my girlfriend. they went away in about  a week but they come back occasionally after sex. They itch. Now I have about 5-7 on the shaft of my penis  and my lower stomac is kind of broken  out with a rash. What could this be? i hope it is not herpes. I have only had sex with my girlfriend in the last 10 months and she is VERY clean (only had sex with one other person years ago) Please help

They don't sound either like herpes, molluscum, or any STD.  They sound instead like blocked pores from sweating and friction.  Just leave them alone and show them to a doctor so you'll know for sure.

Thank you so much for your thoughts. I wanted to know though, do blocked pores and irritation from friction cause individual  bumps like pimples or bug bites on the shaft that itch? also I have the same type of bumps but more like bug bites around my pubic hair area. They all showed up the morning after I have sex with my girlfriend and this has happened for the last month or so after every sexual encounter with my girlfriend. But not in the past. We have been having sex for about 10 months and this has just started in the last month. Thanks again for you help.

What about my description does not sound like herpes?

Everything in your description doesn't sound like herpes--individual bumps, bumps that come the morning after sex, etc. etc.  My original advice remains unchanged.

Well it turns out that my girlfriend had a yeast infection while we were having sex does that cause anything?

Sorry about all the questions. I have just started a very time consuming job with a venture capital firm and I work 6 day a week from like 5:00 till 11:00pm so i have no time to go to the doctor. I told you that I have a what looks like bug bites (re bites there are about 10) that showed up about the same time the spots on my shaft showed up that are right about my pubic hair line and some are in the pubic hair region. They do itch but not too bad. What could they be? the spots on the shaft are starting to go away. they first devolped a white head much like a pimple would and then scabbed over and are now fadding away. What could this be? thank you so much for your help.

Sorry, but you won't get certainty until you see a doctor in person.  Surely even venture capitalists take an hour now and then for personal needs.  Your decreased anxiety will make you more efficient....

So I was reading about the small bumps that turned into pimple type things, scabbed over then faded away on the shaft of the penis.  My boyfriend and I are having the exact same symptoms right now.  One difference being that I have two of those bumps on my face.  They are DEFINITELY not pimples but we can't figure it out.  We have both been tested within the last 3 months and we are clean but we went to the doctor with this latest problem and the doctor looked at my boyfriend for all of 2 seconds and said "it's probably herpes" and gave him a test.  Results aren't back yet but we are almost positive that is not what this is as we have been doing A LOT of internet research and have seen quite a few pictures of herpes and what he has looks NOTHING like that....anyway.. just thought you might have some ideas so we can perhaps bring them to the doctor or look them up at least...Thank you so much!!!

Found out it was folliculitis which is blocked pores.
