Red bumps on testicals??

Well iam a 35 year old male been with the same sex partner for many years but i have started seeing red to purple bumps on my testicals for a few years now they dont hurt are itch and iam starting to get a few more now i do have a family history of cherry angiomas in the family and i have a few on my chest arms ect the bumps on my testicals look like cherry angiomas i do somtimes where a little to tight jeans at times and i do sweat alot down there is it normal to have cherry angiomas on the testicals like i said i have had them down there for three are four years now they dont bug me at all but now iam getting worried because iam getting more and sould i be concerned??

ty doc i was worried about them i did some more reading on fabrys and they dont sweat at all when they have that!!And i sweat with no problems and i went to the skin doctor and he told me nothing to worry about..

Fabry's disease occurs in children. I don't know what crazy little things you had as a child, but these red spots are new.  Adult men who get angiokeratomas on the scrotum don't have Fabry's disease.

Now iam very worried i was reading about fabry disease being the link with angiokeratomas i was always had crazy little thing happing to me when i was growing up can they tell by just looking at the spots if its linked to that diease??

No, I don't think you need to be concerned.  They sound like angiokeratomas, red spots men get on the scrotum, that are a little like cherry angiomas and have no significance.  They're not related to sweating and tight clothes.  I'd ask your doctor to have a look.
