Red bumps on upper arms

For a few years i have had these red bumps with (white centers sometimes) on my upper arms. There are alot more on my right arm than my left arm. They dont really itch and they never go away. There are about one hundred of them and i really want to know how to get rid of them. Im not sure what they are either. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME !!

It can be due to keratosis pilaris. There is currently no known cure for keratosis pilaris, however, there are effective treatments available which make its symptoms less apparent. Treatment includes tretinoin or Triamcinolone cream or Adapalene, a retinoid medication. Exfoliation, intensive moisturizing creams, creams and lotions containing alpha hydroxy acids and urea may be used to temporarily improve the appearance and texture of affected skin.
