Red bumps that get bigger and spread and scab?

So I got these bumps that started on my lower place, where my pants would be at the top. And it started out as two and one on my stomach in the middle of my ribs, soon the ones on the lower place progressed a day later, and worse the next day. Today is the 5th day that it's been on me and its all over my stomach, all over my lower place, partly on my thighs, going up to my neck and like two on my back. Only some of them itch and they start out looking like mosquito bites and get bigger as if I scratched them but didn't. If I do scratch some they bleed or scab. My mama's gonna take me to the health department or doctor tomorrow but I don't want to wait, can someone help me figure out what this is?

From the symptoms it looks like viral rash, chances of viral infection causing a viral rash the highest. Other possibility of such a rash which is appearing on different body parts is an allergic reaction. To confirm the diagnosis, you need to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.
